Reading Science Center Promoting the exploration of STEM through 60+ hands-on exhibits in Downtown Reading, PA! to 4 p.m.

The Reading Science Center is a 501c3 nonprofit organization located in Downtown Reading. Our vibrant 7,000 square foot space featuring STEM exhibits provides educational and entertaining hands-on STEM experiences for families, schools, and the Greater Reading Community. The Reading Science Center is open to the Reading community Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m.

Registration for Reading Science Camp and Girls Inventing the Future Summer Camp closes July 1 (in just two weeks)! At Reading Science Camp, students will explore the discoveries, experiments, and moments that changed the world. Throughout the week, campers will recreate historic experiments, build their own Field Notes Journals, take part in STEM challenges, and discover how scientists ask questions, test ideas, and work together to solve problems.

Thank you for making Celebrate Science Day such an incredible community event! ✈️ Over 1,000 people joined us at Reading Regional Airport to experience science activities, aviation-themed experiences, demonstrations, local organizations, and interactive fun throughout the afternoon. One of the best parts of the day was seeing families learning, exploring, and making memories together in such a unique setting. Events like this are only possible because of strong community support and collaboration.

We are grateful to our volunteers, community partners, airport partners, and every family who spent the day with us. Most importantly, thank you to our sponsors for helping us provide this event free of charge for the community. Enjoy some of our favorite moments from the day 📸
