We are looking for Community Parade Participants (Aldermen, Municipalities, Cheer Squads, Businesses, Dance Clubs, Marching Bands, Pre-Schools, Car Clubs, Motorcycle Clubs, Non-Profits, Churches, etc.), Vendors, Food Trucks (we have 2 already committed and we are limiting it to 4 so hurry up and sign up!), and Volunteers!!!

Join us April 4th from 10 AM City of Raytown, Mo. Government the Raytown, 14th Annual Egg-Extravaganza Egg Hunt & Community Parade!!!!

FREE HUGE COMMUNITY FAMILY EVENT TODAY!!! Don’t miss out on the Raytown Mayor’s NEW Christmas Tree Lighting event. Saturday, December 6, from 4-9PM, right on 63rd & Raytown Rd.!!!! There will be FREE pictures with SANTA & the first 150 kids to see Santa will get a FREE gift! PLUS, there will be a giant inflatable obstacle course, a large bounce house/slide, a large dedicated toddler inflatable, face painting, hair tinsel, cotton candy, popcorn, hot chocolate, s’more’s, cookies, hot cider, games, choir & band performances, and so much more!!! PLUS there will be 4 YUMMY food trucks where you can buy a bite to eat & LOTS of pop-up vendors where you can get some cool local business Christmas presents & specialty goods. CALLING ALL FOOD TRUCKS, VENDORS, AND POP-UPS!!! CHOIRS, DANCE TEAMS, BANDS & CHEER SQUADS TOO!!!

The Raytown Community Holiday Tree Lighting is back — and bigger than ever!

This year’s celebration will take place on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, from 4 PM to 9 PM, right in the heart of Downtown Raytown on 63rd Street.

We’re transforming downtown into a winter wonderland street festival — complete with music, bounce houses, games, food trucks, street vendors, and of course, Santa’s arrival and the official NEW tree lighting!

This is your opportunity to showcase your business, sell your products, or share your food with thousands of visitors during one of Raytown’s most beloved traditions.

NO RAYTOWN BUSINESS LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR VENDORS & POP-UPS FOR THIS EVENT!! (Food trucks need county & state permits & Kansas City Metro HOA fire sticker but no Raytown business license is required for this event day.)

$20 for Non-Profits/Municipalities
$35 for Food Trucks, Vendors, Pop-Ups

NO CHARGE FOR CHOIRS, DANCE TEAMS, BANDS & CHEER SQUADS!!!

Applications are due by December 1st, 2025
