✨ What an amazing launch to our Revive program this school year! ✨
We kicked things off with a lock-in, starting the evening at Aaron’s Family Fun Center in Belton for bowling. Afterward, we headed back to the church for games. Pastor Keyarae even joined us for a lively round of Mafia!
One of the highlights was a scavenger hunt to “find Jesus.” But the real adventure came with our game of Zombies. At one point we couldn’t find one of our adult volunteers—turns out grown men can fit under sanctuary chairs, and glow bracelets don’t shine nearly as bright as you’d think!
Later, we slowed down a bit with painting kindness rocks, listening to worship music, and sharing conversations about our faith. The energy and laughter that filled the church were contagious and carried us right into Sunday morning.
Even though they were tired, our youth showed up strong. They participated in Sunday School, helped with hospitality, and even served communion for their church family.
