Lead The Way Equestrian Center For Girls Lead the way Equestrian Center is largely a therapeutic equestrian program for at risk girls. Howeve Life Skills are taught as well.

Lead The Way Equestrian Center For Girls is more than a therapeutic riding center. We have many programs available to the girls like, a Digital Art
Program where girls have an opportunity to see their environment
in a new and beautiful way. The girls
learn to cook, shop, coupon, laundry, keep a check book and the
importance of saving. We have a Horticulture Program where
planning, planting, grow

ing, and marketing fresh vegetables and
flowers teach the girls patience, hard work, rewards, and
creativity while they design and create the packaging for their
bounty. All the while learning naturally! Additionally, we have a Creative Writing program. The girls will learn to express themselves in a creative way through journal writing. Journaling allows the girls to see postive changes when they review their entries of both positive and
negative challenges; while enabling them to see the consequences and /or
rewards of their choices.
