❤️ You Are Not Forgotten ❤️
The holidays are a time of joy, laughter, family, and togetherness. But for some, they can also be a difficult and lonely time — especially for those who have lost loved ones, no longer have family nearby, or may simply feel forgotten during the holiday season.
That's why the Raymond Royalty are helping bring our community together for a special Community Card Drive: "You Are Not Forgotten." 👑❤️
They are collecting handmade cards, notes, drawings, and messages of kindness to share with residents of our local nursing homes during the holiday season.
And the best part? Anyone can participate!
💌 Make a card or write a note — any size or style.
🎨 Have your children draw a picture.
❤️ Include a kind message, uplifting quote, or simply let someone know they are thought of.
Cards can be dropped off at any of the following locations:
📍 Raymond • Lincolnwood High School Office
• Doyle Public Library
• Bank & Trust Company
📍 Morrisonville • 6th Street Market
The Raymond Royalty will collect the cards and deliver them to local nursing home residents.
There are separate collection dates for the holiday deliveries:
🎃 Halloween cards: Please drop off by October 26
🎄 Christmas cards: Please drop off by December 15
A card may seem like a small gesture, but to someone who is feeling lonely, it can mean so much. A few handwritten words can remind someone that they matter, they are remembered, and their community cares about them.
Let's fill those bags with cards, kindness, and a whole lot of love. ❤️
