Please be advised of the requirements for enrolling children for the Spring Session in Boys & Girls Clubs of Carbon County:

• Child must be enrolled in First Grade
• Parent/Guardian must attend Orientation prior to child attending
• Parent/Guardian must complete a Membership Application for child
• Second Session Fee check with club ( January - May )
• Payment is requested at Orientation
• Fina

ncial assistance is available; verification of income may be required
• CCSD # 1 will provide busing from both Elementary campuses
• Hours: Monday-Friday Immediately afterschool – 6:00pm
• A light snack will be provided
