Aldersgate Camp & Retreat Center is a 354-acre Christian Retreat, recreation, R.V., camping and worship center owned and operated by the United Methodist Church of Kentucky. Aldersgate is open to all persons regardless of race, color, creed, sex, handicap or national origin. The historic Fitchburg Furnace and the old ghost town of Fitchburg are all within Aldersgate’s boundaries. Located in the fo

othills of Appalachia, Aldersgate is near Red River Gorge, Natural Bridge State Park, and other interesting and beautiful sites.

This Sunday, June 7, Adventure UMC begins weekly worship at Aldersgate Camp & Retreat Center!

Join us at 6:00 PM around the campfire ring between the chapel and the cottages for an evening of worship, community, and time in God's creation.

We are so glad to announce that our capital campaign for our new lodge was approved at conference today!
