The Do It For James Foundation are so excited about our 1st Annual Do It For James Gala on October 24!

This is the last week before our big event.

We have 24 tickets left to reach our goal, and only 5 of those are VIP! This is our last big push!

These signs are starting to pop up around Aurora. We are thankful for our donors and those that allow us to put a sign in their yard to spread the message about the Aurora One Fund. Keep an eye out for these around the community.

You can donate food and personal hygiene items to help veterans in Portage County.

We are asking for help from our amazing community! On October 30th from 10:00AM to 2:00PM we are running a food drive to fill our pantry for our veterans here at Freedom House! Drop off location is at the Walmart in Ravenna located at 2600 State route 59 Ravenna, OH 44266.

We look forward to coming together with our community to help feed our Veterans!

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Oct. 7 for our fall bus tour. We hope you learned a lot about United Way and our Community Partners. We are grateful to Student-Run Free Clinic at Northeast Ohio Medical University, Skeels-Mathews Community Center, King Kennedy Community Center, Americorps Seniors Programs of Axess Family Services, Safer Futures, Place of Peace, and Junior Achievement of North Central Ohio for talking about your programs and how they are helping the Portage County community every day!

Give Like Dolly Update:

Donations are still coming in to support the Imagination Library here in Portage County. We have now filled a total of 266 squares!! This provides a total of 1,862 books for Portage County children!
