We are inviting local artists to be part of something meaningful at our Recovery & Remembrance event! ❤️

We are looking for artists who would like to create and donate a set of Angel Wings dedicated to Recovery & Remembrance. This is a beautiful opportunity to use your talent to give back to our community, honor those we remember, celebrate recovery, and bring hope to others. 🪽❤️‍🩹

As a special THANK YOU for your donation, participating artists will receive:

Thank you Pino Brown for your hard work on the RAIN Vehicle! It looks beautiful 🙌! Thank you again to Ford and Louis for helping to find this nice vehicle under the grant funded contract from UNM!RAIN is a 501c3 Nonprofit Agency in Raton. Board members are Dr. Loretta Conder, Reverend Jill Cline, Cindy Johnson, Vivian Meyers, Judge Amy Hronich, Vivian Meyers, Pam Ammons and Erika Meadows. Services provided are Colfax/Union UNM Partner HERO to Advocate for Health and Social Determinants within the communities. Partnership with Northeastern Network of NM. RAIN’s Juvenile Community Corrections (JCC) Program funded by a State Grant provides community-based support to youth involved in the juvenile justice system throughout Colfax and Union Counties. Through individualized services such as case management, life-skills development, educational and tutoring support, employment preparation, mentoring, family support, transportation, and positive recreational activities, RAIN helps youth build the skills and stability needed to make healthy choices. The program focuses on reducing recidivism, strengthening families, increasing youth success, and helping young people remain safely connected to their communities rather than becoming further involved in the justice system. Must be referred by the Court! RAIN makes referrals and works with all community based organizations to help our community. Go to www.RAINcolfax.org for more information.
