This is the second part of the "double whammy" on public lands. It would rescind the Travel Management Rule. Among other things, this rule regulates use of motorized vehicles on the Black Hills and other National Forests and is an important part of management on our forest today.

Nationally, the Forest Service road system consists of over 371,000-miles of roads – about eight times the length of the Interstate Highway System.
Rescinding Travel Management regulations that apply to motorized travel will take a dramatic toll on our National Forests …and our pocketbooks.
