As I navigate through middle age, I've found myself reflecting deeply on what truly sets my soul on fire and what I genuinely love to do. It's a journey of authenticity and self-discovery, and I’ve invested a lot of time in asking myself these important questions. Today, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news with you!

With the incredible growth of our social media community and the connections we’ve built, I’ve decided to expand the services offered at Black Hills Advocate to include life coaching. This decision comes from a heartfelt desire to support those in our community who are seeking guidance and encouragement on their personal journeys.

While health care advocacy and navigation will always hold a special place in my heart—and it will remain at the core of what I do—I feel a strong pull to step into this new role as a life coach. I believe that by sharing my experiences and insights, I can help others navigate their own paths.

For those who are local, I’m offering in-office appointments, and I’m also excited to provide virtual coaching sessions for those who prefer that option. I’ve been diligently working on my certification, and I’m ready to start coaching appointments today!
