Today, our campers got to play with Legos and make their own mini figures at Robo Briks and then went to watch Toy Story 5! There was a lot of excitement about getting to see this new movie!

Have you been loving our camp posts, but really wanting to know when we will have more family events??? Now that camp is winding down, our calendar is filling up! Multiple events have been posted to our profile and more will be coming.

August 3: Ice Cream with Officers
August 8: 8:30-10:30 Sensory swim at Spearfish Rec Center
August 16: Climbing time at Black Hills Base Camp
October 26: Press Start Night
November 22: Swim party with Ups of Downs again

We will also be at the Disability Fair on July 25 and a Back to School Fair on August 1. Come find us!

The weather was enjoyable to be outside for a few hours today. Our group did some yoga and painting today. They got a good stretch in and then got creative with their masterpieces. Great job trying new things today!

The threat of rain didn't scare us away today! Our crew had fun in Spearfish at the hatchery and the park. Feeding the fish and playing at the playground is always a blast! 🐟

Today was the perfect day to go to Rush Mountain and a pitstop at Sprockets! This is always a longer day, but our older group LOVES it every year! Thank you to Lester-Robbins Construction for sponsoring our day of fun!

It was a gorgeous day to get out and walk around town to tour the President statues! Fabulous day!

WOAH! What a windy day! We still had fun together at Dinosaur Park and nobody blew away! (The last pictures show some of the minerals that your child may have found with their gold panning time.)

It was a hot day today, but fun was still had while everyone explored Storybook Island! It's always a fun spot to stop and play!

New week, new adventures... Today, our younger group went to the Air and Space Museum and then to play at a park. They enjoyed walking around to see the different military aircrafts!

Update: No one came to hear our AMAZING presenter from SD South Dakota Parent Connection, but we had a great conversation anyway. She shared some excellent documents and links to follow up on and learn. We'll try to do some in person meetings (and also some area teacher training too) in the near future.
