We had LOADS of brags from this weekend! First Qs, high scores, new titles, “my dog kept their nose off the ground,” “my dog didn’t pee,” “my dog stayed in the ring,” “I didn’t let my nerves get the best of me,” “I praised my dog,” and every other thing there is to be proud of!

We want to hear those moments and see those pics. Drop them in the comments and thank you for coming and spending your weekend with us at the BHDTC Harvest Heel Rally & Obedience Trials!

There are always way more thank yous than we have words for but here are a few from this weekend!

Our judge Mrs. Eva B O’Keefe who brought really fun courses, genuine support for each and every team, and a fun trial experience. We loved having you!

To our volunteers — especially Heather Schuller, Jackie Potter, and Brenda Belmonte. They put in endless hours of work to make this trial happen and we are all so appreciative! 👏🏼

To our raffle crew who donated items, wrangled tickets, and brought in money to the club to keep things running, especially Jackie Smith and Wendy K Freier!

To our many dog and handler teams who gave us special moments to celebrate and cherish forever. To those who entered local or traveled from miles away. To those at their 500th trial or first trial. We appreciate you coming to our event all the same and wish you great continued success!

Until next time!

We made it to Day 3, everyone! Dog shows are long, exhausting weekends but they should also be a lot of fun! We get to step into to the ring in whatever sport(s) we play with our best friends. Beyond everything else, that is what’s most important. Cheers to all our teams who did that this weekend!

We’d like to give a HUGE and very special congratulations to two junior handlers who showed up and rocked the house at this weekend’s BHDTC Harvest Heel Rally & Obedience Trials — Jasper and Bailie! They both showed their dogs so well, brought home ribbons, and were great sports.

Juniors are the future of our dog sports and it is our duty to encourage them and any other new folks looking to join us.

Congratulations, Bailie and Jasper, well done to you and your teammates!
