We are proud to share NDN Collective’s Seven-Year Impact Report: Free the People, Heal the Land.

Over the past seven years, we have worked to build Indigenous collective power rooted in self-determination, justice, and love for our people and Mother Earth. This report reflects on both the victories and challenges that have shaped our journey.

Together, we have:
• Helped rematriate over 177,000 acres of land
• Granted more than $111 million to Indigenous communities
• Trained over 1,900 organizers in movement building and creative resistance

Relatives, these victories belong to all of us. Thank you to every single accomplice, donor, and community member who continues building Indigenous power with us.

For more than 70 years, our Indigenous people in Rapid City have needed support and gathering spaces reflecting our culture. He Sapa Otipi's work is guided by Indigenous values such as relationship, reciprocity, and responsibility, and is aligned with our Lakota traditions of being a good relative.

This project is an important step toward meeting the needs of our Indigenous relatives by creating a safe, welcoming, and culturally rooted space for healing, learning, ceremony, and community.

Today was a good day to be Indigenous in Mniluzahan Otunwahe also known as Northside Rapid City!
