WellFully, 22 Waterloo Street, Rapid City, SD (2026)

We serve youth between the ages of 10 and 17 who have significant mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral challenges. These youth need our support to safely function in their homes, schools, and our community. Through Wellspring's high quality residential and afterschool program s, youth develop effective coping skills, make better life choices, and receive ongoing support for a successful future.

We would like to thank everyone who helpped make our blood drive a success. While a couple (including one of our own youth) were unable to complete their donation, 15 people came by the WellFully Given Blood Drive. Dozens of lives have the potential of being saved just by these few people coming down to spend some time with us.

The Wellfully Premier Adolescent Care Center places a high priority on education when it comes to the boys and girls who are served by its Addiction Recovery and Behavioral Health Care programs.

WellFully is seeking a part-time Special Education Teacher who will be responsible for providing instruction to the youth at WellFully through a defined environment affecting the academic, social and emotional growth of children.
