Today we meet Crystal, Michele & Kelsey.

Crystal is the Administrative Assistant who ensures the office and programs operate smoothly. She is the first person you see when you walk in the door, always there to greet you with a smile. She is the first voice you hear when you call our office, listening intently to answer your questions or schedule your appointments.

As the Executive Director of Lifeways, Michele can be found on most days in the office, juggling phone calls, emails, policies, grants, deadlines, human resources, fiscal management, marketing, fundraising and all the day to day operations of Lifeways. On some days you will even find her meeting with parents, facilitating parent education groups or doing clinical assessments. You will also find her in the community attending meetings helping to ensure there is always a voice for adolescents, prevention, and substance use disorder treatment at the table.

Kelsey is the Clinical Director who you can usually find on any given day in one of the many schools our counselors serve. She is tasked with ensuring quality care for all the clients, families and schools we serve through Lifeways. You may even see her in a school delivering classroom curriculum or facilitating an after school prevention group.
