just to be on the safe side i talked to the attorney about giving out notices and he said that i am working for the good of community, as long as i aam not giving evection notices only reminders to keep up your lawns and keeping junk out of your yards. but if you want to pay 50.00 for housing to cut it that is ok too. like i said i will get someone to mow lawns for the elderly and handicapped no charge. all they have to do is call me @ 605-391-9852 i will be more than happy to help

well i have had a couple days to think it over, if my being president is to look out for the community then that is what i was doing. getting lakota homes to look nice , there are a few houses that the lawns are beautiful well groomed looking nice. so i decided to keep giving reminders to mow an w**d around your house. the contractor that does mow he charges lakota homes 50.00 per yard, so instead of 35.00 lakota homes will start charging 50.00. board approved ceo approved. if you are handicapped call me and i can get someone to mow and w**d for you at a lower price to cover the cost of gas. but if you are able bodied and you want me to mow i will refuse, handicapped and elderly only. it says right in your handbook that you are to maintain your lawns so i am in the right to give notices. its the office that will give infractions mine are notices, but after 2 notices it will go to the office.
