"The ICAC Rally Operation was conducted from Friday, Aug. 7, through Wednesday, Aug. 12, agents and detectives posed as children and/or as traffickers offering children for prostitution. During the operation, the law enforcement officers posted ads and/or profiles on various Internet sites and social media platforms providing offenders the opportunity to communicate with whom they believed to be minors or traffickers offering children for prostitution."

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley: Today, I announce that six men have been arrested on charges of attempted s*x crimes with minors. The arrests are a result of an
undercover operation conducted during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally by the state Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. This multi-agency operation is another reminder that we will always protect our children.

When we think of s*x trafficking we often picture back alleys and shady looking characters bedecked in heavy gold chains, or other such stereotypes. In reality, any one from any demographic group could be a trafficker.

A former Assistant Anoka County Attorney is facing 26 charges related to her alleged role in a s*x trafficking operation in the Twin Cities area.

A man was sentenced in federal court in Rapid City by Judge Camela Theeler to 12 years in federal prison for using A-I to create p**nographic images of two 12 year old girls that he knew.
