We were grateful for the opportunity to be of service at the 2026 Kool Deadwood Nites Classic Car Auction and to represent New Beginnings Sober Living in our community.
One of the principles we try to live by at New Beginnings is that recovery is about much more than simply staying sober—it’s about becoming useful to others, giving back, and showing up when we have the opportunity to help.
While volunteering at the auction, the guys also had the chance to meet South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden and the First Lady and take this great photo together.
We’re thankful to everyone who made it possible for us to be part of such a great Black Hills event. Opportunities like this allow the men of New Beginnings to practice service, build relationships in the community, and experience what a life in recovery can look like.
Grateful to be of service. Grateful for our community. And grateful for another day in recovery.
