Howdy everybody,

We are SO excited to say that–

🎉 SunCatcher is set to resume sessions in September! 🎉

We are still finalizing session days and times, but we need YOU!🫵

Are you able to volunteer your time and heart to our organization to support our participants in their therapeutic horsemanship sessions? Equine experience is preferred but not required.

Each therapeutic session can require up to3️⃣ volunteers per participant. That’s a lot of people! We are grateful for every single individual who comes out, shows up, and helps our amazing horses help some amazing people. 🙏

We will be holding an initial volunteer training on August 29th, from 9am-2pm. This will cover the fundamentals of horse safety, disability services, and show you what these sessions may look like. No matter what prior experience you have with either horses or humans, our team will meet you where you’re at and help set you up for success! 😁

❤️ Yesterday was another awesome morning with our volunteers working on keeping our horse's skills up and preparing them to welcome back our riders. This young lady has been amazing help as she and her mama volunteer! Rowan is brave, kind, and so fun to work with.

😲 We are in the home stretch, folks! Stay tuned in the next couple weeks, as I will make an announcement as soon as we finalize some details and dates for 2026 sessions.

My background is in disability services for both adults and children. Supporting folks with disabilities to live lives that are both rich in meaning and full of new experiences is my passion, and I am so excited to be able to help SunCatcher continue to do just that.

When I'm not at work, I love reading, playing video games, and spending time with my friends and family. I'm a big-time extrovert, so never hesitate to reach out and say hey! I can't wait to meet you!😁🌻☀
