Today at our Black Hills Leadership Development luncheon, we heard from Kianna Knutson Binger and Shane Binger, founders of Lemon Fresh Cleaners, which has grown from Rapid City to locations across the Midwest through a franchise model.

They shared three key leadership themes: radical accountability (owning results at every level), culture first (intentionally building a people-centered, values-driven team), and systems that scale (creating repeatable processes that allow growth without losing quality).

Thank you, Kia and Shane, for your transparency, energy, and real-world insight on what it takes to build a purpose-driven brand and grow as leaders.
