Last night’s Halloween party was a success! There were so many amazing costumes. And the food was amazing especially the jello brain!

Two of our members, Zoey Thies and Lucas Ransen, participated in the National ASCE Concrete Canoe Competition with the South Dakota Mines Concrete Canoe team. Congratulations to the for placing 16th overall at the competition!

Congratulations to our two members who received awards at the South Datokta Mines Seventy-Third Annual Honors Convocation. Vanessa Leary received the Leslie E. Boyd STEM Communication Award. Jayden Vollmuth received the Larry Huisenga Music Scholarship.

One of our members, Jayden Vollmuth went to intercollegiate band this weekend!

We are so proud of the 10 students who represented South Dakota Mines at this year’s South Dakota Intercollegiate Band in Pierre, SD. They gave a wonderful concert this past Friday!
