Great day at the SAL car show! Auxiliary earned approximately $230 for the ice cream social. Thank you to all the ALA members who volunteered and showed up in support. Thank you to the SAL for hosting this amazing fundraiser, and to all the participants who showed up and offered help as well.

We'll be distributing Auxiliary poppies tomorrow, Friday, in front of east side Family Fare from 11:30 to around 2:00. Members come help or just get your poppies for the Memorial Day weekend. Ours were all hand made by local veterans! They're all beautiful and monies collected go to support our Veterans programs.

We had a great girls and boys state orientation at Post 22 today. Thanks to everyone who made it possible. The great food, the great Auxiliary and Post participation and 2025 Girls State Governor. And especially state Girls and Boys State chairmen.

Member, Sue Frantzik and husband, Leon delivered Easter treats to the VA Hospital and to the veterans at Fitzmaurice Veterans home in Hot Springs. Members had made these little candy treat bags, ( some diabetic too) for a sweet rememberance at the holiday.
