Feeling overwhelmed? You're not alone.

One of the most powerful things we can do is come together, share ideas, and focus on practical actions that make a difference right here in the Black Hills.

Our Monday meetings are a space to connect with neighbors who care, learn something new, and leave with inspiration for the week ahead. The coalition emphasizes that even small actions become meaningful when they are part of a collective effort.

Join us Mondays 9:00am-10:00am
Rapid City Public Library - Hoyt Meeting Room, 610 Quincy St, Rapid City, SD 57701

Connect with fellow community members
Learn about local environmental efforts
Leave with actionable steps you can take this week

Because protecting the Black Hills isn't something any one person does alone—it's something we do together.

If you can’t make it, pass it on. 🌲🌲🌲🌲

This tree is valued between $1.40-$2.60 in a typical Black Hills National Forest timber sale.

Don’t yell at the forest service though, because this is the result of a political pressure program. Our community blindly keeps thinking, “more trees, more logging, the better.” This is not just impacting other uses our communities value: the negative consequences of unsustainable logging will affect the health of the forest for future generations. Stay tuned for what I mean by that.
