✨️ Meet our Upcoming Spotlight Speaker Laura Snyder!

Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor-MH and the owner of Laura Snyder Therapy. She works with women who are used to holding it all together—but still feel the weight of stress, burnout, or past experiences beneath the surface.

Many of the women she works with have tried therapy before, and are looking for something that feels more grounded, practical, and connected to real life.

She is also the founder of HER - short for Heal. Embody. Restore. - a women-centered brand offering retreats and experiential events that blend mental wellness, connection, and outdoor experiences.

Laura’s approach is down-to-earth and real. She combines practical tools with body-based awareness and nervous system work to support lasting change.

She is a veteran and former military spouse, and her work is shaped by experience supporting trauma, including military-connected individuals and first responders.

She’s especially passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves - moving from overwhelm and disconnection into clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Across both her therapy work and HER experiences, Laura creates spaces that feel supportive, honest, and human - where women can slow down, tune in, and start feeling like themselves again.

When she’s not working with clients or building HER, you’ll likely find her outside - bow in hand, hiking the Black Hills with her girls, husband, and pups, or spending time with family and friends.

Please join us at Fork Real Community Cafe next Wednesday, May 13th from 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m to learn more!
