We had a wonderful time talking about healthy meals and preserving our fresh, garden cucumbers into dill pickles yesterday! A huge thank you to all the participants who joined us 🌿

All about peppers! Our Garden to Table classes continued yesterday as our participants learned about their nutritional value and then pickled different kinds of peppers straight out of our community garden 🌶

We had a full house and lots of fun teaching the nutrition of green beans and how to safely process them in a pressure canner in our WSDCA kitchen yesterday.
