Developed by Early Learner Rapid City in partnership with 211 Helpline, the Early Learner Resource guide connects parents, caregivers, and professionals seeking resources to support children from birth to age five.

Whether you’re looking for childcare and preschool options, parenting guidance, or services to support your child’s development, this guide can help you navigate the resources available throughout the Black Hills.

October 23rd - 24th, parents and caregivers will be given opportunities to connect and strengthen their advocacy and parenting skills through group sessions and classes led by family leaders. Both solo attendees and couples are encouraged to attend.

Early Learner Rapid City is inviting parents, caregivers, early childhood professionals, and educators to join the ELRC Family Engagement Cohort on October 5th..

This is a great opportunity to share your experiences and challenges young children and families face.

In this session, you will also have an opportunity to hear from a state representative who will share tips on advocating for early learning and education with legislators. Come connect with each other to build community solutions, priorities, and programs. See below for full details!
