Carrie Linn @ Repose Mind and Body has a great opportunity available to try yoga.

Following up on my "Gym Anywhere" post: Being able to move effectively is a large part of personal safety. I recommend everyone (whatever your level of physical fitness) take 3 months each of classes in yoga, floor Pilates, aerobics, weightlifting with a personal trainer, and some form of martial arts. Mix and match, find what works for you and stick with it! Guaranteed to improve your life, or I'll take my advice back!

You can Gym anywhere!
While I strongly encourage everyone to have a gym membership and work with a personal trainer, if that doesn't work for you, you can gym anywhere anytime. The Stamina Body Trac Glider 35-1050 rowing machine is less than $200 at Walmart, and is my favorite rowing machine ever. A Pilates mat and a couple of weights, and you're set! 1:30a.m. in a parking lot while providing security for the Sturgis Rally.

It's 3a.m. ... Do you know where your friendly neighborhood Sodakian Servant Warrior is? Every year vendors from across the country fill tents sitting out on parking lots in Sturgis with millions of dollars worth of product. Sodakian Servant Warriors provide security 7p.m. to 7a.m. every night for 2 weeks before the Rally and the week of the Rally, protecting that product from theft. This year five of our Servant Warriors are covering various shifts and parking lots.

Fun crowd at HomeBrew Coffee Shop for networking today. Special thanks to Carrie at Repose Mind and Body for all the referrals (and the rabbit ears)! This is the first time I have not been wearing a Sodakian Kelly Green uniform shirt ... See picture for the wording on my T-shirt.
