Well, Hello World!…

This project born of years worth of community driven ideas and experiences has found its identity as a folk school.. and today, we became Facebook official 😉

Over the spring and summer seasons, we will share the beginnings of this adventure with you, but for now, we thought we’d let you know what we’re about, here at The Wharf…

Our Vision: Vitality through community
local environmental/agricultural stewardship and heritage/skill/coalition-building.

Our Mission: Offering VITAL instruction, training, and apprenticeships to under-supported rural populations--
Young and old alike, as well as heritage forward events and excursions towards sustainable local futures --revitalizing the Rainy Lake Port of Ranier.
