UPDATE: THE SPOTS HAVE BEEN FILLED! We are so excited for Jr Guides Summer 2026! 🤗
_____________

The Junior Guides program has TWO SPOTS OPEN in our Basic Group, ages 9-11. The program runs the last 3 Monday/Tuesday of July from 9am-3pm, starting on Monday, July 13 and ending on Tuesday, July 28.

**********This program is FREE!!*********
Kids who complete the Basic Group program are automatically enrolled into our Advance Group for the following year (which runs at the same time).

The Basic Group focuses on fostering a love of the outdoors. With the help of many volunteers and presenters, the kids get to learn about ethical hunting & fishing, water safety, first aid, land stewardship, maps & compass, archery, plus so much more! They will get to learn about Maine's incredible wildlife and unique habitats, cast a fly rod & tie flies, learn the difference between bugs and insects then do a mini field study at South Bog, trips to local museums and more!

Just visit our FB page to see pictures of all the fun from years past.

Contact Karon Noyes for more information on registering: [email protected]

And if you are interested in being a volunteer or presenter for this amazing program, please contact Ashley Greene via email [email protected]
