6/14/26 - Today we welcomed
HIS EMINENCE METROPOLITAN APOSTOLOS OF NEW JERSEY
to our parish, our spiritual home, with joy and love in Christ. His presence blesses our community and strengthens our faith. There was a memorial and His Eminence presented the plaques to some of our Grand Banquet Honorees who were present.
Philoptochos prepared coffee hour and a Lenten lunch for His Eminence, Father John, Father Gregory, and honored guests.
We also had a Greek dance presentation from some of our GOYA dancers. Their instructor ANGELO GERGATSOULIS was given parting gifts from them as after twenty-eight years, he will be leaving as instructor.
We wish everyone a blessed summer and we hope to see you in church on Sundays. 💕🙏✝️

14/6/26 - Σήμερα καλωσορίζουμε τον Σεβασμιότατο Μητροπολίτη Νιου Τζέρσεϊ Απόστολο στην ενορία μας, το πνευματικό μας σπίτι, με χαρά και αγάπη εν Χριστώ. Η παρουσία του ευλογεί την κοινότητά μας και ενδυναμώνει την πίστη μας. Υπήρξε επιμνημόσυνη δέηση και ο Σεβασμιότατος απένειμε τις πλακέτες σε μερικούς από τους τιμώμενους στο Μεγάλο Δείπνο που ήταν παρόντες.
Η Φιλόπτωχος ετοίμασε ώρα καφέ και ένα σαρακοστιανό γεύμα για τον Σεβασμιότατο, τον Πατέρα Ιωάννη, τον Πατέρα Γρηγόριο και τους τιμώμενους καλεσμένους.
Επίσης, είχαμε μια παρουσίαση ελληνικών χορών από μερικούς από τους χορευτές της GOYA. Ο δάσκαλός τους Άγγελος Γεργατσούλης έλαβε αποχαιρετιστήρια δώρα από αυτούς, καθώς μετά από είκοσι χρόνια, θα φύγει ως δάσκαλός.
Ευχόμαστε σε όλους ένα ευλογημένο καλοκαίρι και ελπίζουμε να σας δούμε
στην εκκλησία τις Κυριακές. 💕🙏✝️

6/11/26 - What a blessing to gather for our end-of-the-year dinner! St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church parishioners at the Knoll Country Club was filled with fellowship as Daughters of Penelope Alexander #250, Philoptochos, and AHEPA came together. Three ministries and friends with one purpose: supporting our parish, our community, and each other. Here’s to all you do, and to many more years of working side by side as we did during our Big Greek Festival.

Our end-of-the-year dinner brought together the best of St. Andrew:
• Daughters of Penelope Alexander #250 – preserving Hellenism and empowering women
• Philoptochos – hands and hearts for those in need
• AHEPA – leadership and service for church & community.

We bonded, we greeted each other, we laughed, and some of us even won some door prizes. We hope to see you in church if you are not away this summer, and we will resume our fundraising and activities in the fall.
Thank you to all who attended!

6/11/26 - Τι ευλογία να συγκεντρωθούμε για το δείπνο του τέλους της χρονιάς! Οι ενορίτες της Ελληνορθόδοξης Εκκλησίας του Αγίου Ανδρέα στο Knoll Country Club γέμισαν με συντροφικότητα καθώς οι Κόρες της Πηνελόπης Αλεξάνδρου #250, η Φιλόπτωχος και η AHEPA ενώθηκαν. Τρεις διακονίες και φίλοι με έναν σκοπό: να υποστηρίξουν την ενορία μας, την κοινότητά μας και η μία την άλλη. Σας ευχόμαστε όλα όσα κάνετε και να εργαστούμε δίπλα-δίπλα για πολλά ακόμη χρόνια, όπως κάναμε κατά τη διάρκεια του Μεγάλου Ελληνικού Φεστιβάλ μας.
Το δείπνο του τέλους της χρονιάς συγκέντρωσε τα καλύτερα του Αγίου Ανδρέα:

• Κόρες της Πηνελόπης Αλεξάνδρου #250 – διατήρηση του Ελληνισμού και ενδυνάμωση των γυναικών
• Φιλόπτωχος – χέρια και καρδιές για όσους έχουν ανάγκη
• AHEPA – ηγεσία και προσφορά στην εκκλησία και την κοινότητα.

Δώσαμε δεσμούς, χαιρετηθήκαμε, γελάσαμε και μερικές από εμάς κερδίσαμε ακόμη και μερικά δώρα. Ελπίζουμε να σας δούμε στην εκκλησία αν δεν λείπετε αυτό το καλοκαίρι και θα συνεχίσουμε τη συγκέντρωση και τις δραστηριότητές μας το φθινόπωρο.
Ευχαριστούμε όλους όσους παρευρέθηκαν!
