GROW Associates, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We endeavor to design services that capture the needs of the individual by offering employment training, finding jobs of choice in the community and offering a way to give back to the community through volunteering and participating in community activities. Accessing the community and learning about opportunities hold an important part in the design and delivery of our services. Through participat

ion, individuals build skills and gain knowledge which enables them to make informed decisions about the paths they wish to follow. We work in cooperation with families, guardians, friends, staff, Department of Development Services, and the Division of Medical Assistance to create an atmosphere of respect which supports the individuals in attaining their hopes and aspirations.

Please Join Us in Welcoming Our New Transportation Manager!

We are excited to welcome Ponthieu 'PJ' Jules to the Grow Associates, Inc. team as our new Transportation Manager!

With 20 years of experience in mental health, team leadership, and transportation, PJ, brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and the well-being of the individuals we serve.

When asked about the opportunity to join GROW, PJ shared, "This position provides a wonderful opportunity to bring together my areas of experience and help ensure the safety and well-being of the incredible individuals who rely on GROW every day."

Outside of work, PJ enjoys anything that helps create a sense of balance and being “centered”, including hiking at the Blue Hills, cheering on the Celtics, following the Boston arts scene, practicing yoga, and settling in with a good book.

One quote that captures PJ's approach to the new role is: “I really believe that making someone's day can be a transcendently rewarding experience.”

That spirit of service is already a wonderful fit with the GROW mission.

🏃‍♀️🚨 TEAM GROW NEEDS YOU — JUST 3 DAYS LEFT! 🚨🏃‍♂️

We’re down to the final 3 days of the month, and Team GROW has an incredible opportunity sitting right in front of us—but we need your help!

The Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism is offering participating charities an EXTRA $500 grant if they reach $500 in fundraising by the end of the month.

Right now, Team GROW has not received any donations toward this challenge.

That means we need our GROW communities help and we believe we can do it!

🎯 Our goal: $500 in 3 DAYS!

A donation of $5, $10, $25, or $50 can help get us there. Every contribution counts toward unlocking this additional $500 for GROW Associates and ultimately supporting the programs and services that make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.

⚾💙 A Moment to Remember at GROW Night at the ROX! 💙⚾

What an incredible night at the ballpark!

Our very own Melissa R., a proud GROW participant, had the amazing opportunity to represent Grow Associates, Inc. by throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at a Brockton Rox Baseball game earlier this month!

And let us just say… Melissa absolutely crushed it!👏

Standing on the field in front of a cheering crowd, Melissa represented not only GROW, but all of the individuals we are so proud to support. Moments like this are what community inclusion is all about; creating opportunities, celebrating accomplishments, and making memories that last a lifetime.

A huge THANK YOU to the Brockton Rox for welcoming GROW Associates and helping make this special night possible. We are so grateful for your partnership and commitment to creating inclusive opportunities in our community.

🌟 What a fantastic afternoon at GROW Associates! 🌟

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce NPO Lunch & Learn!

It was wonderful to welcome so many nonprofit professionals for an afternoon of meaningful conversations and valuable networking.

A special thank you to Jacqueline Collins of Partnering for Performance and Heather DiNino of Elements Academy for leading an engaging discussion on personal and professional development.

We were proud to host this event and showcase Grow Associates, Inc. , where we are committed to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while creating opportunities for connection throughout our community.

🎉 Congratulations, Jocelyne Jones! 🎉

Please join us in congratulating Jocelyne Jones on her promotion to Scheduling Specialist for Grow Associates, Inc. Day Hab Program!

In just 7-months at GROW, Jocelyne has made a tremendous impact through her compassion, professionalism, and dedication to the individuals we support. She began as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), where she helped individuals build independence and thrive within their communities.

In her new role, Jocelyne will combine her strengths in communication, organization, and coordination to continue supporting both our staff and the people we serve.

"This new role feels like the best of both worlds. I get to use my strengths while continuing to support the people I have grown to admire and cherish," said Jocelyne.

Deanna Mahan, Director of Day Hab said, "Jocelyne's ability to build meaningful relationships has made her an invaluable member of our team. We are excited to see the positive impact she will continue to make for our staff, our program, and the people we support."

When she's not at GROW, Jocelyne enjoys spending time outdoors, volunteering in her community, participating in church ministries, and is a proud sci-fi fan.
