Grow Associates, Inc. may be closed today for the holiday, but there are still plenty of ways you can support our mission from home!

This fall, we have three great opportunities to support Grow Associates, Inc. and every dollar raised helps strengthen the programs and services we provide while helping us offset the cost of the 2027 GROW Annual Gala, so the individuals we support can attend at no charge!

Beginning next Monday, October 19 through Friday, October 23, we're bringing the Flutie 5K to GROW with a full week of inclusive activities. Individuals will walk, roll, move, cheer and participate in their own way. Sponsor your favorite GROW individual during Flutie 5K Week! Your support gives them an opportunity to participate right here at GROW while helping Team GROW's fundraising efforts.

🎉 Congratulations to Rob Polsinelli – GROW’s New Director of Service Operations!

We are excited to announce the promotion of Rob Polsinelli to Director of Service Operations at Grow Associates, Inc.!

Rob will celebrate his two-year anniversary with GROW in November, but he brings more than 30 years of experience supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities. His career has included leadership roles in both private and public organizations, including 13 years with the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS).

Since joining GROW, Rob has become an important part of our leadership team. As Director of Quality Assurance and Training, he helped lead GROW through successful audits and reviews with DDS, Optum and CARF while working throughout the organization to strengthen quality, compliance and training.

Ask Rob what he has enjoyed most about his time at GROW, and his answer isn't audits or regulations, it’s the people. “It’s an amazing collection of people that keep me smiling through most of the day. That is also so much more fun than audit prep!"

In his new role, Rob is looking forward to re-engaging as a supervisor, working with a talented team and having an even more direct impact on the quality of services GROW provides.

💙 Celebrating the Heart of GROW During DSP Week! 🌟

A huge THANK YOU to Jersey Mike's Subs and the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism for their continued support of Grow Associates, Inc.!

During Direct Support Professional (DSP) Recognition Week, Jersey Mike’s generously provided sandwiches for our GROW staff, a delicious and much-appreciated treat! 🥪💙

DSP Week is a national celebration recognizing the incredible professionals who support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities every day.

At GROW, our staff help individuals build independence, develop skills, participate in their communities, pursue employment, and achieve their personal goals.

We are incredibly grateful for everything our team does and for community partners who help us recognize them.

☀️ Celebrating Summer Together at GROW! 🌭🍔

What a wonderful way to wind down the summer! A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the 2026 Grow Associates, Inc. Annual Summer BBQ such a great day for our individuals and staff!

This annual celebration is an opportunity for us to come together, enjoy great food, spend time with friends and colleagues, and celebrate another memorable summer.

A very special thank you to Tito's Handmade Vodka for sponsoring this year’s BBQ and for their continued generosity and support of GROW’s programs and services. Community partners like them help make special experiences like this possible for the individuals we serve.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office staff who joined us and took over the grills! Thank you for cooking up some fantastic hamburgers and hot dogs and helping make the afternoon so special. Everything was delicious! 🍔🌭

Most importantly, thank you to our GROW staff, individuals, board, volunteers and friends who made this event something we look forward to every year.

Great food, great people and a great way to celebrate the end of summer together!
