Morris Jazz Organization (MoJO) MoJO is Morris County's largest educational jazz jam open to high-school, college, and adults that want to improve their performance skills...together!

We are a Morris County-based educational jazz jam where like minded musicians can learn from each other in a performance setting. We meet the first Tuesday of every month at the Music Den in Randolph, NJ. We are open to students of all ages from middle school to college, as well as weekend warriers that still want to play and learn! We use the RealBooks as a reference guide for keys and changes to perform BeBop, Hard Bop, Swing, Traditional Jazz, Bossa/Samba, Fusion, and Latino Jazz.

Wow, September was a very busy month for us!  We have been working on new songs and bringing our new drummer, Joe Nocilla, up to speed on our music. This month we are heading to a great restaurant on Lake Hopacong, Pavinci Italian Grill. This restaurant offers dockside and inside dining, AND you can arrive by car or BOAT! It offers great views of the sunset, so definitely come out and join us for a few drinks...and dinner.
