School Street Community Garden Community Garden open to all. Collaborative garden.

Our objective is to offer a space for members of the community to come and do what they are able to in the garden (planting seeds/plants, garden maintenance, weeding, watering, harvesting, etc). A space for those who wish to experience the benefits and satisfaction of home grown food or who desire to make a change toward a more sustainable lifestyle. We hope to foster a sense of community among our members, and create a safe space for all generations to, together, learn how to better grow their own food. We also hope, that through our presence in the wider community, we will collectively help to generate more awareness about local food systems and sustainability.
