For over 8 years I helped in Syria and Israel trying to bridge connections with our neighbors. Unfortunately, Amaliah can no longer help In Syria.

Now as Antisemitism on the rise here at home, in 2020 Amaliah is changing its mission and will start organizing Israelis who live in the USA to join us to patrol Jewish Neighborhoods.

As I said to Avigdor Liberman - אביגדור ליברמן we are American Israelis and we are NOT going to run away, but we will provide security to our Jewish community here in New York and in the USA!

As the invasion continues, over 450,000 people have now been displaced in Northeastern Syria!

LATEST: The women of Jinwar were forced to leave their autonomous women’s village as the Turkish invasion continues to advance despite the ceasefire.

Before Turkey’s military operation, Jinwar had ecological farming and its own female academy to educate the women living in the village about women’s rights.

The inhabitants of the Free Women’s Village, or Jinwar in Kurdish, in northeast Syria, had to temporarily flee to another safe place in villages nearby due to shelling and ongoing Turkish attacks.

Speaking in Kurdish was banned until 1991, and still unaccepted by Turks.
