Randolph Teammates Mentoring

Come see us tonight at the Back-to-School Bash! 😁❤️🙌

We are proud to share that TeamMates of Randolph was awarded Northeast Region Chapter of the Year at the National TeamMates Conference yesterday! ❤️

This award is a result of every YES from our mentors, mentees, parents, community, and board members.

In a world where it is so easy to be connected through social media and texting, research shows that what all people (young and old) continue to yearn for most is talking and face-to-face CONNECTION.

Thank YOU to our mentors for the time you give. Your open heart, open mind, and your choice to be present and available for our young people creates a positive ripple effect much bigger than we will ever truly see. Your consistent presence and belief in your mentee matters.

What an opportunity and gift it has been to be part of such an impactful program. Way to go Randolph TeamMates Mentoring Program! ❤️ Let’s keep going and growing!

The Randolph TeamMates Mentoring Program had such a fun afternoon of BINGO bowling at Wildcat Lanes in Wayne, NE! 🎳

We were excited to have 38 of our 70 mentors and mentees there, and the energy was high from the first roll to the final frame. From granny-style rolls and gutter balls to strikes and big high fives, every throw was cheered on as our mentors and mentees worked to black out their BINGO cards.

We are so grateful for the time we get to spend building relationships and making memories together. ❤️

Chuck a Duck for a Buck took place at halftime of the boys’ varsity basketball game. Our three winners are posted below!

❤️ We proudly recognized and thanked Sandy Owens for her exceptional service as TeamMates Treasurer. Sandy served on the Randolph TeamMates Board since 2004, giving 21 years of dedicated time, leadership, and unwavering commitment. Her attention to detail, reliability, and genuine care for students and mentors strengthened our program and its mission. Sandy’s passion for building meaningful relationships made a lasting impact on countless lives. She was thanked as she received a certificate of appreciation and a ceramic duck.
