One World - One Heart Foundation One World - One Heart Foundation Our work is centralized in the Langtang region of Nepal. Snowy peaks and the glaciers of the Himalayans surround the valley.

The Langtang region sits in the Himalayan Mountains south of Kathmandu in northern Nepal. It is a narrow valley located about 12 miles south of the Tibetan border. We primarily work with the remote villages in this area.
