What is the best possible future for Northern New Mexico? What is the connection between leadership, organizational development, and community renewal? How do we grow beyond “networking” to build authentic collaborative partnerships that foster cross-sector vibrancy, inclusion, and well-being?
New Mexico Business Excellence invites you to join us for our year-long process specifically designed for senior leaders in Northern New Mexico. The Inspiring Leaders program is competency-based, experiential training focused on collaborative projects.
These times call for a new vision of integrated community collaboration. We are building an integrated team of senior leaders from the business, non-profit, educational and governmental sectors to address both internal organizational needs and to leverage shared resources to positively impact growth and change across the region.
The program will meet monthly on Fridays for 4 hours for targeted training, followed by 4 hours of monthly practice designed to implement new skills in our professional environments and in community-based projects. Led by a diverse team of skilled facilitators and backed by the key drivers of regional economic and community development, this program is designed to foster individual, organizational, and community growth.
When: 9am-1pm Second Friday of each month for 1 year
Cost: $1500. Scholarships available.
