USEL Youth Robotics

USEL Youth Robotics A community for parents looking to get their children excited about Science, Technology, Engineering, Interested in Bringing USEL to Your School or Center?

Thanks for visiting our USEL - Youth Robotics page! Owner, Ericka Kreimann is a graduate of Cal State Los Angeles and holds a bachelorโ€™s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She has always had an interest in helping families, especially children, improve their lives through education. Ericka is committed to bringing the youth of the Inland Empire dynamic and unique education opportunities

in order to help them achieve their dreams. Ericka has earned many volunteer awards at her church as well as from the United States Military. Ericka currently owns two businesses and has been a female entrepreneur since 2012. Ericka became interested in the engineering field when her son asked her what he needed to do in order to become an Aerospace Engineer when he was 12 years old. Ericka has since then decided to take part in bringing STEM education to the Inland Empire to provide the areas youth with an exciting, hands-on, and fun learning environment to inspire our children to become the next generation of great engineers. Congratulations to all of our students at this summerโ€™s WRO National Championship!ย

Over 200 participants from over 40 schools took part in this competition in 6 categories: Robomission Starter, Elementary, Junior and Senior, Sumobots and Future Innovators. The top winners of our Robomission Elementary, Junior, and Senior categories as well as Future Innovators will be flying to Puerto Rico this winter to compete in the Finals. Comment down below to wish these winners good luck and congratulate everyone on all of their hard work.

Entry level is disappearing. That is not a hot take anymore, it is payroll data.

A Stanford team tracked millions of paychecks and found that since AI went mainstream, entry level hiring in the most AI-exposed jobs is down 13 percent for workers 22 to 25.

But the half of the study nobody quotes is the half that matters for our kids. Where workers use AI to do more, instead of being replaced by it, entry level jobs held steady or grew. The dividing line is not the job title. It is whether the machine replaces you or reports to you.

And the World Economic Forum counts 170 million new jobs coming by 2030, with the fastest growth in AI and robotics specialties.

Directing machines is a trainable skill. Our students train it every week. They speak an idea in plain language, AI helps turn it into working Python, and the robot either scores on the field or it does not. Grades 6 to 8, across 4 districts and 60+ schools, inside ELOP funding those districts already had.

Save this for your next planning meeting.

Parents: send this to your principal with one sentence. "Can we ask the district about bringing USEL Youth Robotics to our school through ELOP?"

Districts: DM me DISTRICT.

How do you prepare kids for a future nobody can predict?

I was in the room at a live Tony Robbins event this week when he answered it, almost in passing: you teach them to merge with it.

I nearly stood up. Because that one sentence is our entire design.

Merging is not watching AI videos or writing an acceptable use policy. Merging is a student speaking an idea, AI helping build it, and the student making it real. Our STEAM Coach app turns imagination into working machines at every school we serve, and our students iterate, test, and command the technology instead of fearing it.

That is what we mean when we say we teach abundance. AI is not coming for prepared kids. It is leverage in their hands.

The kids who merge early will be the ones every employer is hunting for. Merged. Confident. Sought after.

Parents: send this to your principal with one sentence. "Can we ask the district about bringing USEL Youth Robotics to our school through ELOP?"

Districts: DM me DISTRICT.

We are not here to sell your district anything. We are here to serve it.

The mission is simple: every student, from any district, ready to leverage AI, manage the agents, and build the robots. Not the lucky ones. Not the funded ones. Every student.

Peter Diamandis put his finger on what school should protect: "Curiosity is something innate in kids, yet something lost by most adults." Our job is to make sure school is where they keep it.

And we mean any budget. We build the program around what a district has, because financial constraints should never decide which kid gets the future. That is what partners do.

Diamandis again: "When kids feel confident and excited about the world, they work harder and create more."

That is the student we want walking out of your schools after senior year. Sought after. Capable. Ready to make an impact in the world.

Public schools are the great equalizer. We just want to serve them.

Districts: if budget has been the thing stopping you, DM me SERVE and let's figure it out together.

22 countries have already registered to compete in California this September. More are on the way.

The WRO Americas Open Championship. Ontario Convention Center, September 24 to 28. And we are the ones hosting it.

Here is what schools sometimes miss about this event. The robotics is only half of it.

Your students will compete beside kids from every continent. Different languages, different flags, the same robots, the same problems to solve. Our students arrive representing their schools. They leave with friends around the world.

Friends on five continents before ninth grade. That is the classroom no textbook can build, and it exists nowhere else in American education.

AI and robotics prepare students for the future of work. The world stage prepares them for the world.

Schools and districts: bring your students to watch. A field trip to this event changes what kids believe is possible for themselves. DM me OPEN for group and ticket info.

Families: come see it. The world is coming to your backyard.

Help us inspire the next generation of engineers! ๐Ÿค–

USEL Youth Robotics is gearing up for the 2026 WRO USA Open Championship, one of North America's largest youth robotics events โ€” and we need YOU to help make it happen.

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers (ages 16+) to help welcome students from all over the world as they compete, build, and celebrate what STEAM education can do. No robotics experience needed, just energy, flexibility, and a love for working with kids.

โœ… Build real resume experience
โœ… Be part of an amazing team
โœ… Create a real impact
โœ… Help advance STEAM education

The CEO of Google just described your kid's future, and most schools have not caught up to it yet.

Sundar Pichai calls AI "the biggest platform shift of our lifetimes." Bigger than the internet. Bigger than mobile.

Here is what that means for a student, in plain terms: AI multiplies what one person can produce. A kid who can direct AI agents, give them a goal, check their work, correct their mistakes, can deliver what used to take an entire team.

Pichai again: "AI will undeniably reshape the workforce, automating some roles, evolving others and creating entirely new careers."

The most sought after hire in every one of those new careers will be the person who can manage the agents. Not the person who watched it happen. The person who ran it.

Our students train that exact skill every week. They vibe code robots: plain language in, working Python out, iterate until the mission is solved. Grades 6 to 8, in public schools, inside ELOP funding districts already have.

Parents: send this to your principal with one sentence. "Can we ask the district about bringing USEL Youth Robotics to our school through ELOP?"

There is a question every school board is going to ask this year: what do we offer every student for AI, coding, and robotics?

Not the gifted program. Not a club of twelve. Every student.

Two districts already have their answer. Fontana USD. Colton Joint USD. Sixty plus schools, two thousand plus students, all running the same program.

Their middle schoolers vibe code robots: plain language in, working Python out. And there is no additional workload on their staff, because we partner with each district and run the program end to end. It all fits inside ELOP funding those districts already had. No new budget line. No board fight.

The pathway ends with students wearing the flag at the World Robot Olympiad, alongside kids from 85+ countries. No other program in America can offer that.

District leaders: the US Open Championships run September 24 to 28 at the Ontario Convention Center. Come watch what your students could be doing next year. You will be my guest.

DM me VISIT and I will get you on the list.
