Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return
With hearts filled with faith and acceptance of Allah’s will, the Palestinian American Association mourns the passing of our dear brother Ahmad Aweināt, who returned to his Creator on Thursday, October 16, 2025.
The Association and all its members, deeply saddened by this loss, extend their sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
Our deepest condolences go to Brother Basem Aweināt (Abu Zaid), Brother Majed Aweināt, and the Aweināt family in Palestine and the diaspora.
May Allah have mercy upon him, forgive his sins, wash him with water, snow, and hail, purify him from all wrongdoings as a white garment is purified from dirt, and admit him into the highest ranks of Paradise — Al-Firdaws Al-A‘la.
