Northtown Housing Development Corporation NHDC target population includes the residents of Northtown, Rancho Cucamonga, and surrounding communities. NHDC is an important asset to the community.

NHDC promotes and creates affordable housing for the Northtown Community and beyond, as well as goods and services for members of our community who are in need. Primary focus is on low-income individuals and families and those living below the poverty line. In addition, NHDC serves special needs groups, including the disabled, seniors, at risk youth and non-English speaking individuals. Affordable

rental units, single-family homes and 2 community centers have been constructed. Over 40 social service programs and significant community events have been created and implemented currently or throughout the years. Existing services to make a positive impact on the residents.
