VNAcare VNAcare is a non-profit, community-based home care agency, providing high-quality hospice services to people of all ages. VNAcare unites us under a single name.

We have a 70-year tradition of non-profit service to communities in Southern California. VNA has been operating under three different names, VNA Hospice & Palliative Care of Southern California, Community Hospice of Victor Valley, and Arbor Hospice. All three were part of the VNA organization and served a very large territory of communities within Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles Countie

Many people believe hospice care is limited to six months, but that's a common misconception.

Hospice eligibility is based on a patient's condition and ongoing needs. If a patient continues to qualify for hospice services, coverage can continue beyond six months.

Support during hospice care goes beyond physical care.

At VNAcare, we also provide spiritual and grief support for patients and families navigating serious illness and loss. Our social workers, chaplains, counselors, and bereavement team offer guidance, emotional support, and opportunities for connection throughout the care journey.

Bereavement support continues for up to 13 months following the loss of a loved one, helping families process grief with ongoing support and resources.

With services available across Southern California, our team is here to help wherever support is needed.
