You’ve made it through this thankless career. You didn’t do it for the recognition, you did it because it was a calling to serve. So now what? For some, the transition to retirement is easy, but for many, going from the fast paced, adrenaline laced, go go go everyday to now what do I do, comes with a new set of challenges. James Snow, VLP Board Member, breaks it all down in his new book, The Pivot. This book is not just for LE, or even other First Responders, it’s for anyone facing change in their life.

Hop on over to Amazon and pick up your copy today. As the President/Cofounder of , I know James did not write this book for special recognition, fame, money, or to serve an ego, he wrote this book because of one reason, to continue serving others. As a retired Sheriff’s Sergeant, James is still finding purpose in life by serving others. All I can say to him is Thank you 🙏
