Welcoming NLBWA-IE’s New President-Elect, Erika Quinto 💛

The National Latina Business Women Association Inland Empire proudly welcomes Erika Quinto as our incoming President. Erika was officially sworn in during the 11th Annual LEILA Awards on May 22 in Ontario, California, by NLBWA-IE Secretary Sylvia Luna, Attorney and Founder of Luna Legal Firm.

A respected entrepreneur, business leader, and advocate for women in business, Erika brings more than 30 years of experience in landscape construction, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. As CEO of Inland Gardens Landscape, Inc., she has helped shape some of Southern California’s most notable projects while leading with excellence, innovation, and service.

Her passion for empowering Latina entrepreneurs, creating meaningful connections, and opening doors for growth makes her an inspiring leader for the next chapter of NLBWA-IE.

We also extend our deepest gratitude to our Immediate Past President, Ruth Lopez Novodor, President of OnCue Consulting and Chief Managed Care Officer at El Proyecto del Barrio Inc., for her exceptional leadership, dedication, and vision. Her impact has strengthened our organization, expanded our reach, and built a strong foundation for future success. We are grateful she will continue serving our community as an NLBWA-IE Director.

Please join us in congratulating Erika Quinto on this exciting new role and thanking Ruth Lopez Novodor for her remarkable leadership and service.

Together, we celebrate this new chapter as we continue empowering women, supporting businesses, and building stronger communities across the Inland Empire. ✨
