Each year, the program serves more than 3,500 youth in our community.

Rancho Cordova PAL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that builds relationships between RCPD and youth through a variety of programs, at no cost to the kids.

⛳️ ADVENTURE CLUB IS HEADING TO TOPGOLF! 🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

Get ready to swing, score and have some fun! Our next PAL Adventure Club outing is taking us to Topgolf! 🎯

📅 Saturday, August 29th
⏰ 10:00 AM–1:30 PM
👟 Ages 10–17

Never played golf before? No problem! Topgolf is designed for all skill levels, so you don’t have to be a golf pro to have a great time. Their high-tech Toptracer system tracks your shots, and there are fun games where you can compete with friends and see who can rack up the most points! 🎯🏆

Important details:
📍 Youth must live OR attend school in Rancho Cordova to participate.
🚐 Transportation will be provided!
🎟️ Youth are selected through a random lottery.
📩 Families will be notified on Friday, August 21st if their child is selected.

⚾ That’s a wrap on the 2026 Junior Giants season!

What a season it was! This year, RCPD PAL was proud to bring over 200 local youth together across 18 teams for another great season of Junior Giants baseball.

Behind every practice, game, and unforgettable moment was an incredible group of coaches and volunteers who gave their time, energy, and enthusiasm to make the season possible. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did to support our players and create a positive experience both on and off the field.

A special thank you also goes to all of the families who supported their players throughout the season. Your encouragement and commitment helped make this season a success.

We are excited to continue the Junior Giants tradition and can’t wait to see everyone back on the field in 2027!

What a day on Folsom Lake! ☀️🌊

Our Adventure Club youth had an incredible time aboard the pontoon boat, spending the day swimming, racing down the water slides, and making unforgettable memories. But the biggest hit by far? Tubing across the lake! 😄🛟

Seeing so many smiles and hearing so much laughter made this adventure one to remember. We can’t wait to bring this favorite outing back again next year! 💙

Our final Adventure Club outings of 2026 are here! ⛳️⚾️🪨🪜

We're excited to announce the last four RCPD PAL Adventure Club outings before we head into the holiday season! From Top Golf and an A's Baseball Game to Quarry Park Adventures and Granite Arch Climbing Center, there's something for every young adventurer.

If your child lives in or attends school in Rancho Cordova and is between 10–17 years old, be sure to check out the registration dates on the flyer and sign up at www.rcpdpal.org.

Space is limited and registration is required. Participants are selected at random, so be sure to register when sign-ups open!

These will be our final Adventure Club events of 2026, and after our October outing, we'll take a short break for the holidays before returning with more adventures in late January 2027!

We can't wait to finish the year making memories, trying new things, and connecting youth with positive mentors through fun, free experiences. 💙💛

🌊🏄 Adventure Club is heading back to the lake! ☀️
Get ready to paddle, explore, and enjoy an unforgettable summer afternoon because we're heading to Folsom Lake for Paddleboarding! 🛶💦
🗓 Saturday, August 1
⏰ 1:30 PM–5:00 PM
👥 Youth ages 10–17
This adventure includes guided instruction from our awesome friends at so whether you're brand new or have paddled before, we've got you covered! 🙌
Space is LIMITED!
📝 Registration closes July 23rd

⚠️ Important: Registration does not guarantee entry. Participants will be selected at random, and youth selected will be notified by Friday, July 24th.
🚨 Water Safety Reminder: All youth registering must know how to swim. Life jackets will be required and worn throughout the entire adventure 🛟 Safety always comes first!
🏄 Fun Paddleboard Facts:
💡 Paddleboarding works your core, legs, arms, and balance muscles all at once — it’s basically exercise disguised as fun 😎

💡 Bonus challenge: Who can stay standing the longest without taking an unexpected swim? 👀😂

All Junior Giants practices today 7/14 & tomorrow 7/15 have been cancelled due to the high temperatures.

Stay hydrated & cool, and we’ll see everyone ready for Game Day on Saturday, 7/18! ⚾🧡

What a fantastic way to celebrate the 4th of July! 🇺🇸🎆

We had an amazing time at the annual festivities at Hagan Park on both July 3rd and 4th, and one of our favorite parts was seeing so many smiling faces along the parade route! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with our community. We hope you all had a fun, safe, and memorable holiday weekend. We can’t wait to see you at the next PAL event!

Adventure Club is headed back to the lake for another day of sunshine, swimming, tubing, games, and unforgettable memories!
