Topic: Sacramento Metropolitan Fire Department Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) Program.

Information: When a call is made to 9-1-1, the dispatcher will ask a series of questions, ensuring that the right medical aid is sent to you.

A paramedic along with either a Physician’s Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) will be sent to conduct a medical evaluation. If the medical evaluation does not appear to need an ambulance to the Emergency Department, the individual will be treated at home/at the scene of the call. ,

For those that are going to the Rancho Cordova Christmas Tree Lighting, on December 1st: please look for the Rotary Club Booth as we are collecting the following: all sizes (S-XXL) gently used/clean coats, sweaters, hats, scarves, and gloves. I will be there with bags so just drop them off at the booth.

The kindness of people in our community is so beautiful! Thank you to everyone who came out to donate to today’s diaper and baby food drive. I think we counted over 4000 diapers donated this morning!

The Rancho Cordova Food Locker will be accepting turkey donations for the next two weeks leading up to their Thanksgiving Food Giveaway on November 22nd. The days/hours of operation are included in the photos-they will also be open to accept turkeys for the next two Saturdays from 9-12.
