Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated honors Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, as an historic moment in American history. On June 19, 1865, news of the Emancipation Proclamation finally reached the last enslaved individuals in Galveston, Texas, marking the true beginning of freedom for all.

We proudly recognize the efforts of our own trailblazing Soror, Opal Lee, the “Grandmother of Juneteenth,” whose unwavering advocacy helped make Juneteenth a federally recognized holiday in 2021.

Today, we celebrate emancipation, reflect on our ancestors’ strength and resilience, and recommit to the work of advancing justice, equity, and unity. Through education, action, and solidarity, we move closer to a world rooted in true freedom for all.

We hosted our "Bonded Through Excellence" Scholarship Luncheon in collaboration with , Sac Zeta Amicae and where we celebrated and awarded 10 scholarships to deserving students!

Rooted in the shared principle of Scholarship, this event reflected the commitment of both Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated to academic achievement, educational advancement, and service to our communities. Together, we honored the vision of our Founders and elevated the bond. 💙🕊🤍

Congratulations to OLZ's newly installed members of the Zeta Male Network. ZMN is an official auxiliary of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. ZMN was established in 1996. Zeta Male Network provide much-needed support to Zeta programs and service projects.

This auxiliary is open to men in the lives of members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Whether they are spouses, friends, family, or colleagues, these men have committed to help support the efforts of the Sorority’s programs and service projects.
