Shout to the NC State Athletes that came and read to kindergarten and first grade yesterday. They even gave the kids a free book!! We look forward to having them back.🙂

Thank you to all the volunteers from South State Bank, Southeast Raleigh Promise and NC State. They came and read to the students during Read Across America. The students truly enjoyed it. Hope to see you all back next year!!

Greetings Lion Families, It is time for our 2nd Annual Sweetheart Dance. It is February 12th from 5:30-7:30. Our school is now partnering with TerraCycle to help reduce waste and give back to the community! When you recycle with us, you help earn TerraCycle Recycling Rewards points. These points can be redeemed as donations to schools, charities, or nonprofits—including ours! We are collecting Taki bags and Gogo squeeze applesauce (it can be the store brand). Please look at the pictures below to know what items we are collecting. Thank you.

💚 Drop them at our collection station. ( The box in the cafeteria or to Ms.Wilkins in the library.)
