A VOTER WITH A PLAN IS A VOTER READY TO RHOCK!

Election Day is four weeks out. Today you do two things: find out what is actually on your ballot, and decide exactly how you are going to vote it.

FIRST, KNOW BEFORE YOU VOTE.

Who is on your ballot? What offices are being decided? What ballot questions could change your community?

Find your sample ballot and research it all the way down. National races matter, but your school board, city council, county commission, judges, and ballot measures shape your daily life more directly than almost anything at the top of the ticket. Those are also the races decided by the smallest margins.

THEN, MAKE YOUR PLAN:

Am I registered and is my information current?

Do I know what's on my ballot, top to bottom?

Where will I vote?

Will I vote early or on Election Day?

What identification or documentation does my state require?

How will I get to my voting location?

Who are the 7 people I am bringing with me?

Confirm your registration and find your sample ballot at https://bit.ly/m/RHOckTheVote.

Don't wait until Election Day to figure it out.

PLAN TODAY. VOTE PREPARED.

Let’s A.C.T.I.V.A.T.E Our Voice. Our Vote. Our Power.

Remembering Our WHY.

Sorors of the Beta Lambda Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., had the opportunity to come together and watch Greater Than Ourselves: The Legacy of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., a powerful reminder that our impact is not measured only by what we accomplish, but by why we choose to serve.

In a world that can easily pull us in many directions, moments like this invite us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the purpose that brought us together. Our “why” is rooted in service, sisterhood, leadership, community, and the commitment to leave every space better than we found it.

Watching Greater Than Ourselves reminded us that meaningful change begins when we recognize that we are part of something bigger than ourselves. Each of us has a role to play, a voice to use, and a legacy to build.

May we continue to remember why we said yes, why we serve, and why our work matters. May our purpose remain greater than ourselves. 💙💛

YOUR VOTE IS YOUR VOICE. WHAT IS YOURS SAYING?

Elections are not abstract. They decide what happens in your child's classroom, at your doctor's office, in your paycheck, and on your street. That is why the A.C.T.I.V.A.T.E. Campaign has four priority areas, and every single one of them is on a ballot somewhere:

CIVIC ENGAGEMENT: Who draws your district lines and runs your elections.

EDUCATION REFORM AND EQUITY: Who sets your school budget, curriculum, and funding formula.

WOMEN AND CHILDREN'S HEALTH EQUITY AND SAFETY: Who decides Medicaid coverage, maternal health funding, and clinic access.

ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT: Who votes on wages, childcare support, housing, and small business access.

This Tuesday, do two things:

Name the ONE issue that matters most to you.

Find out which elected office actually decides it. It is often closer to home than you think.

Then make sure you are registered and ready at https://bit.ly/m/RHOckTheVote, and recruit 7 people to your Circle at https://www.onemillionblackvotersrising.org/join-a-circle.

You cannot advocate for an issue and sit out the election that decides it.
