At one of the Hispanic communities we serve there is normally kids outside playing along with families outside.
This past Friday the community was dark, silent and 90% of had the households had lights off.
We distributed food in the dark under the street light and when the word circulated through the community it was us they started coming out to get food.
This is America and the fear that people are living in.
